1. Agreement to Terms

By using RRTDC’s website, enrolling in any of our services, or purchasing courses or products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide:

    • Live Scan & Ink Fingerprinting

    • TWIC/Hazmat/TSA PreCheck Appointments

    • Drug & Alcohol Testing

    • CPR and Compliance Training

    • Business Consultations

    • E-commerce digital products (eBooks, templates)

    • Online professional development courses and webinars

3. Booking, Payment & Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms:

    • Full payment is due at the time of booking or checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH payments, and secure digital payments via our website.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services:

    • All fingerprinting, testing, and consultation services are non-refundable once delivered.

    • Digital products (e.g. templates, eBooks, downloadable content) are non-refundable upon purchase due to their nature.

    • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

3.3 Refund Eligibility (Courses Only):

    • Online course purchases may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase if:
        • You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

        • You submit a refund request in writing to info@rrtdcenter.com.
        • After 48 hours or if substantial course content has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.

4. Online Course Platform Terms

4.1 Course Access:

    • When you purchase an online course, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view course content for your personal use only.

4.2 User Account Responsibility:

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

    • Sharing login access or distributing course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and account termination.

4.3 Certification & Completion:

    • Certificates are issued only upon full completion of applicable coursework, assessments, and payment.

5. E-Commerce Terms

5.1 Digital Product License:

    • All digital products sold (e.g. business templates, guides) are for personal or single-business use only unless otherwise stated.

    • You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the material for commercial purposes without written consent.

5.2 Order Fulfillment:

    • Digital products will be delivered immediately to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact info@rrtdcenter.com within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—text, images, logos, and course materials—is owned by RRTDC and protected by law. You may view and download personal-use copies only; any other use requires our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RRTDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RRTDC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Louisiana law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Louisiana.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies your acceptance. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
